DQXI - how does the slime quest casino game work? can you "finish" it?
Like is there any strategy to this? Im kinda curious how far this can go and how you're supposed to defeat all those bosses in there as it seems impossible to me. like yes its all gambling. but can you actually "finish" it if you try some specific methods or is it indefinite anyways?

Whenever I think about my first DQ game (VIII) immediately get transported to playing in Baccarat to gamble. I wasn't really aiming for any of the prizes, it was a fun side game to do.
Wish they had an app where I can mindlessly gamble fake money on DQ theme related roulette, bingo, or slot machines lol

Northern Quest Casino is like the wild west of the covid world right now
Unbelievably, there are zero mask requirements for people in the casino. Tons of people walking around maskless breathing and hacking all over everything. They have most of the bill breaking machines off so you're forced to stand in line at the cashiers which aren't even close to six feet apart from each other. Everyone is all bunched up together and when they give you your change they just dump it in the change bowl that you're supposed to touch the same as the person before you did.
I guess if you go to a casino you're asking for it but Northern Quest Casino straight up doesn't give a shit right now and only wants your $$$$$. I can totally see someone spreading corona to tons of people in there.

I took a trip to visit a buddy and we decided to make a stop at the casino. We normally play blackjack but I heard a lot of whooping and hollering from the craps table and I finally decided to give it a try. The dealers were super helpful. I told them that it was my first time playing and they gave me full attention after the dice were rolled.
Bought in for one hundred along with my friend. We both stayed up for a couple shooters until he started losing fast. In a final push I put 2-1-2 on the ATS for him, and the shooter hit 'em all! After a couple more up and down shooters we walked away with just over 400 a piece.
The lesson I learned is just because it happened once doesn't mean it will happen again. We both lost about 200 in 30 minutes the next day.

Northern Quest Casino planning tower expansion.
Switch controls iOS for dragon quest casinos. Anyone else use this?
I recently read a deleted user who put up information about using switch accessibility controls for dq casinos.
It’s pretty easy to do and works pretty well. I’ve even got it to auto grind fights outside of towns. Problem is that it’s not an infinite loop.
Has anyone figured out a good way to automate this?

Just tried it last night on dq5. Lvl 12 just got the prince back and made it to the church and the first casino and in about 4 hours I have 200k tokens using this.
(You don’t have yo automate this but here is what I did) Put the gold you have into tokens. Quick save outside Do the far left green 1 coin machine When you win big, stop and go outside and quick save When I had about 3000 tokens I moved to the red one. If you drop below 500 restart your quick save. If you win big, stop and then quick save Make a mental note of how much you can drop before you restart I did about 4K drop before I restarted, and would save immediately if I got a big 6000 win.
Once is got in the high 80k I waited a little longer

I really wish I could include a replay here, but I don't know how to, but I felt the need to share this little play that happened, the way I won this game:
I was playing an old Aggro Paladin list (based around Steward of Darkshire, low-cost minions (mostly 1-health), divine shields, weapons and Sir Finley), versus that Mage deck. Early game, that said mage summoned a Spellslinger, giving me a Convert. In my last turn, I had 8 mana, and I used convert to get a copy of his Babbling Book, summoned it, then, with 5 mana left, what spell did I get? Dragon's Breath. He had 6 HP and I had a 3/2 body in play, and no buffs/charges/weapons in my hand.
Felt amazing. Probably my favourite way to win ever ahah

anyone know where to find a good guide for the slime quest casino machine? Or maybe could just tell me how you get the orbs and what they're specifically for? Ive got way more tokens than i need but i keep playing in the hope of getting the last two orbs since I'd imagine it gives a big payout or something, so any guides on how the thing actually works (the actual instructions are cryptic half the time on what slot rolls trigger what) or specifically could just tell me how to get orbs and what they do, i'd appreciate it

Usually I visit Primm rarely after completing it's quests , so I've found these two things I've never experienced before: a group of NCR deserters trying to take Primm for themselves, who then run away when they learn Primm has a sheriff. Also, after some time, the Primm casino actually opens.

Not at all. but they're too sexy to pass up Summer Melt is also a great Arts Loop Lancer once the time comes.
