So I was involved in an incident at Sands Casino Bethlehem...
A lot of wrongs on my part, like getting way to drunk, probably arguing my ass off like a moron to the floor guy blah blah.. was still getting served by the casino up to the incident which I really don't remember, but was on a poker table, and so obviously .. well I have no idea what happened.
The things I remember are being walked outside and asking to go to my car to sleep it off to which they responded, well arrest you for DUI unless u purchase a room to stay, or if you try to walk public drunkenness I guess? Anyway fast forward, I do have some video on my other phone of the state police sergeant and his cohorts...but negligble. Anyway. I tried to walk off property so they cuffed me, but I had like a .3 or something... ( Yeah it's bad but always lucid when the shineys get on, recovering alcy still). So they put me in the cop car, breathalyzed me, than said I need to take an ambulance (which I know is just for more dollars). Anyway I don't remember signing anything that said I knew I was under arrest, and they didn't have a cop escort me to the hospital.
At the hospital the EMTs signed me in, and after about 20 mins I was hitting the service button. Talked to a doc and he said we can't hold you, no reason too. Walked back to the casino and my car and slept.
Got 800 charge for the EMTs, and 1700 for the hospital which I paid. This is from December.
How the fuck do I have an arrest warrant out when they never sent anything to my residence?
