Planning on going to Rivers this Friday - has anyone been and can share their experiences with the wait list/how long they had to wait to get in a game? Hoping to get on the 1/3 table, thanks!

Is it worth playing there? I live close as in a couple miles close. I'M not a BJ player but may learn if it's worth it to plat there.

I am traveling for work around there in a few weeks and I have a weird question.
I will have some downtime before my flight home and the casino is right near the airport so I will have my bags (including my golf bag) in tow. Any shot I can walk into the casino with my bags, set them to the side and play poker for a few hours before my flight?

Ever since reading the /NBA post calculating the correlation between James Harden's performance on the road relative to the host cities' average strip club rating, I just had to know if there was any sort of correlation between Evander "The House ALWAYS Wins" Kane's performance and host cities' casino ratings on Google.
This method is not perfect. I used Kane's career PPG against each team without taking into account whether these were for home or away games, as I couldn't be bothered to figure out how to do that in a non time-consuming manner. We'll make the assumption that casino results on the road correlate to equal results playing that team at home. I also used his PPG at home as a Shark vs playing them as a visiting team on the others he played for because it helped pad the results a little. I never said this was ethical statistical experiment.
To decide on which casino to choose for each team, I did what I assume Kane does after a road game... and probably before them too: I Googled "current city ______ casino" and chose the first one on the list, removing online casinos and event planners/suppliers. Only tangible, brick and mortar casinos Kane can enter and spend his hard earned cash (and then some) at. In Vegas's case, I chose the closest casino that he would probably go to - Kane is definitely an MGM Grand guy and not The Excalibur or The Luxor (3 closest to T-Mobile Arena).
Listed below are Kane's PPG versus each team and the Google rating/casino name for the first place to show up for each city:

In Conclusion
Is there any correlation present? You be the judge. There may not be much difference between a 4.1* and a 3.9* rated casino, but I'm sure even Kane could resist "Sweepstakes, Fish Game Arcade Room" and focus on hockey a bit more while in Raleigh. I can say there is enough of a separation between rating 4-stars and under at the high end of the PPG and 4-stars and above at the low end of the PPG to say unequivocally that Kane plays better when there is a lower rated casino in the city and plays worse when there is a better rated casino as the first Google result.
I may have been a bit harsh on Evander, but I'm having trouble hearing the criticism - must need a new battery in my cash-stack phone. Also in light of recent revelations nah fuck this guy he's a degen.

It's been a while since I've been in there due to COVID but decided why not.
Only 4 tables open and had to wait around for a spot to open. Table was cold and two dice setters at the table. Playing the flying V. Put 15 on the pass line and backed it up with 30. DS hits my free odds bet and 7 outs. He was pissed at me. So I move my chips to a different part of the table. His friend did not want to play at the table and moved.
I decide to dice set 5 and 3. I usually just roll but I always 7 out really quickly. Tonight was different. I don't believe in dice setting but when I do and it works.... IDK.
Roll one: My turn to roll. 15 on pass and 30 on the free odds. Placed 30 on 6 and 8. Some come bets and even hit a hard 4. I hit three points.
Roll two: I hit 3 points and many 6s and 8s. Eventually 7 out. Lose some more to the other shooters. I am making the table money. Must of had like 6 die roll off the table. Same dice! One time a die hit a lady at the other end and rolled back into play which hit my point of nine.
Also had a darkside player right next to me. Haha felt good to hit those points. (Don't get me wrong sometimes I go dark as well). Especially if the table is cold and I get a negative vibe. Some people first bumping me after making a point. People cheering for me. It was a great!
Total 1 hour. 2 rolls to my name. My rule is if I double my money I walk and color up. Tipped the dealers throughout my rolls. One final tip after coloring up. Take care of your dealers people.

Usually poker players are miserable and depressed and just their presence destroys the game.
Yesterday you tablemates were chatting, laughing, doing rounds of 5x straddles under the gun, buying drinks, etc. It was an absolute blast playing with you guys.
I only made $20 bucks after 8 hrs, but I guess that's better than losing a couple grand.

I'm a regular and normally play on $15 tables, but lately saw this asian coming in this past days with loads of money. The guy was betting at least 1k in numbers everyroll. Looks like a average guy, always comes in sweats and a hoodie. He told me he was 60k in the last 4. How does he do that, must be in his 30. Im a poor mofo. What are your guys strategy? I came out 200 + this week after 20 hours of grind
