I live right in that area and when I tell you it’s so dangerous. Almost got hit by some lady in a purple expedition yesterday because she decided that since someone was already crossing she didn’t need to stop and flew through at about 40. And there have been multiple bad wrecks there in the last year. The stop signs need blinkers and possible speed bumps. Like, it’s not even the first time I’ve almost been hit, car or bike. It’s just so unsafe. What or who can I call to do something about getting it safer?

I had posted here earlier in the week about being dissapointed by them only have Crapsless open when I went last Sunday. So I decided I had the itch again yesterday and figured if I went around 7pm, it would be busy and they would have the normal table also open.
They sure did! Both tables were essentially full when I got there. I ended up buying in for $400 on the small corner rail spot right near the deal (we bumped elbows a few times).
The table was pretty hot throughout the time I bought in to when I left. I rolled one time and threw maybe 6-7 times and hit 2 points, so nothing stellar but it kept me afloat. I played Passline with 44 inside and pressed a half unit each hit. I basically used this strategy the entire night. After I rolled we had several shooter who all rolled probably between 5-10 times. One thing that was fortunuate was no one rolled a point, then threw an immediate 7 out. It seemed like with each shooter I made a little bit of money back or covered my bets. After 7 or 8 shooters, I was up to ~$650. Then the person 2 over from me went on a super hot roll. I didn't count how many but he rolled a solid 35-40 minutes.
I made a few bets I rarely do, hard 10 hit for me with $10 on it, so that was a nice hit. And I had pressed my 8 from $12 starting bet all the way to $48 doing a half unit press during the roll. My 9 was up to 35 and 6 was up to 30 or 36, I cant remember, but he was jamming numbers the whole time. Hit probably 7 or 8 points during the duration.
Once he rolled a 7 out, I was happy to walk away a winner.
Great night overall, my girlfriend who is scared of craps lost $750 in slots, so maybe next time I can get her to throw some dice with me lol.

Side note: A woman bought in at the beginning of the long roll after he had hit his first point. She was betting $5-$10 hop 10 and hop 4 the entire night. She bought in for $180 and ended up leaving when I did with ~$1400. I think she hit the hop bets 5 times during this guys roll. It was absolutely insane.

Yes, I did tip. I tipped throughout the duration of the table, probably around $60-$70, then threw the dealer a $25 when I left. A lot of people at the table were tipping nicely, so I have to imagine they cleaned up. At one point the dealers had the 5-9 covered with bets of over $40 on each during the final guys roll.

Hey all, 26 years old here, and thinking about checking out Turtle Lake Resort on the 31st during the late morning/early afternoon. Maybe I'll convince a friend or two to come with me. I've spent a lot of time at Shangri La in Arizona, and some time at Glen Eden in California, but this will be my first time visiting a nudist destination here in Michigan.
