Hi how do I get the free Paragon R from the penthouse?

All you people out there who have everything in the damn game, is there anything else worth buying? I went a little wild this weekend so far and spent another 10 mil buying more cars. Upgraded the ceo garage finally! Will start arena cars and all that later on.

My family is from a small town in Louisiana that neighbors a large town that is simply known for its casino resort.The Paragon Casino in Marksville, Louisiana is a place that is frequently visited by members of my family. As a teenager I grew resentment toward my mother due to her constantly leaving me to supervise three toddlers. After working, my mom would go directly to a game shop. She would usually call me upon arriving to let me know she was “ around the corner”, which meant she would likely be home late. She described this past time as her stress relief, however I feel it made my teen years more stressful. While I am unaware of how much my mother spent gambling, I am very aware of the rift it caused in our relationship.

I did all 6 missions but didn't get the car. Even in the jobs page, all missions are ticked off. Any ideas?

I finished the final Casino mission earlier today, but when I go and pick up my reward at the harbor and enter the Paragon R, I cannot drive it. I select the place I want to store it but after that I can't press any buttons, I can only press escape.

Now consider the entire U.S, and what this gambling-addicted, diamond-hunting, fame-whoring detour does to it. He got over $100 worth of ACA maps for free. I bet a lot of cyclists would love such a gift, but he might as well have used them for toilet-training the dog.
As if it needs to be said yet again: this is not a ride "across" America, this is fucking around for as long as possible on other people's money.

On Tuesday October 25th 2016, 43 year old Allison Greenhouse from Marksville, LA, mother of UL defensive back Kamar Greenhouse, lost her battle with a multitude of medical ailments. She was a house keeper at the Paragon Casino Resort for over 20 years and was the sole provider for all of her children. Kamar is the eldest of Allison’s four children and is now responsible for the funeral expenses, the medical expenses associated with her care in her final days, as well as the temporary housing, and related expenses.

Edit 24/07/2019: There is a bug with the current Paragon R (Armored) where, even when it's insured, when it's destroyed or replaced with another personal vehicle, YOU WILL LOSE IT FOR GOOD. If this has happened to you, please contact Rockstar Support ASAP with a "Lost Vehicle" claim.
Source, including exact guide how to get the car
To get the car, you need to HOST the Casino Story missions. You can get them by going to the AB (Miss Baker) icon in the Casino's management area (after a phone call with her.) PLEASE NOTE: HOSTING THE MISSIONS ALLOWS YOU TO PROGRESS IN THE STORY! That is how you can progress, host and unlock the free Paragon R.
There are SIX missions in total, 50,000 on top of your mission reward each (Cashing Out you get 100,000).
Afterwards, you should get a text from Miss Baker, informing you of a "dividend" available at the dock. It'll be marked by a "?" box by the docks. Upon entering, you will be given a prompt to choose where you want the car stored for future uses.
The missions pay out roughly 9k per mission, not including the awards you earn for completing each mission (Each award nets you an extra 50,000, except for "Cashing Out", which is an extra 100,000)
I highly suggest completing these to earn yourself a free ARMORED sports car, as well as an extra 200,000+ into your funds!

Don’t remember who you could talk to but is this exploit still available? I used it to max both R & P to get the achievements back in the day

Appearantly the Enus Paragon R (Armored) can only be optained from Casino missions and Lucky Wheel. This week I managed 2 optain 2.
