Both teams are playing well too, with the Maple Leafs having won four of five and the Panthers on a 12-game winning streak. Since neither needs to go all out in this one, though, it’s a good spot to just go with the value. With Toronto as an underdog, the Maple Leafs are the team to side with here.
Dallas needs to get two points against the Seattle Kraken, who have won three of four but are still a pretty depleted team that is toward the bottom of the league standings.
The Stars are huge favorites at home and, if you’re betting online, you should wager on them to win big in such a crucial game.
The Sharks are favored at home but this is the perfect non-contender vs. non-contender game in which the true spread should be more like a pick’em. Take the Blackhawks straight-up because San Jose shouldn’t be favored by that much against any team.
It doesn’t help that Vancouver has lost back-to-back games. However, the Canucks might catch a break by facing the Calgary Flames, who have already clinched the Pacific and have nothing else to play for in the regular season. Calgary is still a sizable favorite but the Canucks are a smart pick because they have a ton of urgency to win.
Arizona has lost nine consecutive games and 16 of 18 overall. That kind of sums up how the Coyotes’ season has gone.
As you’d expect, the Blues are enormous road favorites and are a good bet to even win by three or more goals since there isn’t much value on the puckline.
The Kings have done well to beat up on lesser competition lately and the Ducks fall into that category of opponent. Anaheim has lost four of five and looks like a team ready to wrap up another playoff-less season. Los Angeles is a comfortable home favorite and should cover the puckline. You could also take the Kings just to win in regulation and parlay that with the under.
